8th Confession (Womens Murder Club 8)

The 8th Confession - James Patterson, Maxine Paetro I requested this book of the library so long ago that I'd forgotten!Imagine my delight at finding that Patterson has once again created a brilliant entry in his "Womens' Murder Club" series. I picked it up at the library yesterday and finished it last night; it was such a page-turner that I didn't want to stop.Concurrent cases concerning the inexplicable deaths of socialites and a murdered homeless man in San Francisco form the centerpiece of one more well-constructed tale by this author. I'd begun to tire of the Alex Cross series for its sameness, but the Womens' Murder Club books never taken on that flavor.Highly recommended for fans of the police procedural and murder mystery/suspense genres.
