A dear friend gave me this book. Meyer is the only television preacher I can stomach, as she is plain-spoken, entertaining, honest and (let's face it) a snappy dresser.Each page in this book has an amplified Bible reading, a devotional story and a prayer for the day. I have been pleasantly surprised at how useful the advice and information is and can completely understand why my friend gives copies to so many in her circle.Highly recommended -- even if you just read the devotional story, you're sure to get a lot out of it.
