The Apple Way
I have to admit, I was less than enchanted by this book. "The Apple Way" purports to be about leadership in business, but is really more of a history of Apple. To be sure, Cruikshank addresses some of the foibles that the company endured. He also discusses, ad nauseum, the problems that come from having three CEOs in as many years. At the end of the day, though, I don't think he brings out too many leadership concepts that fall far from "common sense."
