Short and entertaining book on change management (which is really about changing how you think about change).  Told in a clever parable format, concepts about how to better roll with the punches when dealing with situations outside of your control are presented from the perspective of mice learning to negotiate a maze.  It was the work of less than an hour to read this book, which was chosen by my office leadership book club for our first selection due to a recent merger.  I enjoyed it and gained some insight into myself and my colleagues.
